Для этого нужны деньги, ведь бесплатных хостинга и доменов нет. Кто же будет платить? Школа? Ты думаешь школа будет тратить деньги за какой-то сайт?

Хостинг можно найти бесплатный и парковать туда купленный домен.
Почаще обновляйте сайт, ведь много интересного сюда можно засунуть. ТОгда и посещаемость возрастет.

И какой же бесплатный хостинг ты рекомендуешь, что-то я об этом не слышал. Ну я знаю сайт где домен на регистрацию 100 рублей, а продление ещё дороже, а за 95 рублей в год я также не слышал.
